Eligibility for Membership

Membership is open to individuals who:

  • Have lived experience with substance use challenges (whether currently in recovery or not).
  • Are family members, loved ones, or allies of those affected by substance use disorders.
  • Share in AIR’s mission to support recovery, wellness, and community healing.

To become a member, individuals must attend and complete New Member Orientation, where they will be introduced to AIR’s core values, programs, and guidelines. Members must agree to abide by AIR’s Code of Ethics and our commitment to maintaining a safe, substance-free, and respectful environment.

Being a peer led facility; everyone has an opinion, voice and vote. It’s a very meaningful and empowering feeling, to be in a space where you are respected and where our input truly matters.
